Registration for NCLBGC Continuing Education Classes is Now Open!


All classes will be held at Highland County Club from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., you must arrive for check-in by 7:30 a.m.


You must register through the links below and provide all the mandatory information. Please do not email or call the HBAF office with a request to register you for a class. HBAF members must login with their username and password to receive the member price. If you do not know your login information, please request it here. HBAF members may register for themselves at the member price. Registrants of the same company that DO NOT have an individual membership with the HBAF, do not qualify for the member price. To complete registration, you will need your name and qualifier number as it appears on the NC Licensing Board for GC’s website. Registrations that are submitted without payment are incomplete and space will not be held until payment is received.

In accordance with NCLBGC:
This class will have a 100% identification check; registrants must present a valid state or federal id at check-in. Registrants are required to be present for the entire duration of the course to receive NCLBGC Continuing Education Credit. You must be present when the class begins (you can not be late). There will be a 10 minute break during each hour of instruction and a one hour lunch break. You will not receive credit if you leave the class outside of these breaks.

Important Information:
  • Check-in begins at 7:00 am, arrive no later than 7:30 am
  • Bring a valid state or federal id that matches the NCLBGC Qualifier Name (there is a 100% id check)
  • Bring your NCLBGC Qualifier Number
  • Prepare to stay for the entire duration of the course (NCLBGC regulations require you to be present for the entire duration of the course to receive credit)
  • Lunch is not provided, a one hour break will take place around 12:00 pm, the exact time will be determined by the instructor

*The HBAF does not offer refunds. Registrants may transfer their registration to another person by emailing their request no later than 3 business days before the start of class. Include the name and qualifier number of replacement. Email requests to No-shows will not receive refunds.
